New to Seoul and Korea?  Feeling a bit overwhelmed?  Not sure if you're really ready to meet a hundred women at once?  That's what Newcomer Luncheons are for!   These are very informal little meetings where you will have an opportunity to ask questions and get answers not only about AWC, but all the ins and outs and innuendo of being an Expat in Seoul - shopping and restaurant tips, the care and handling of your household help, getting a Driver's License, finding a veterinarian - anything and everything.  Usually there are one or two old-timers in attendance, too, and we all get the benefit of their experience and hear about events or openings or last-minute happenings that we wouldn't normally be privy to.

Newcomers Coffee

Once a month, our Newcomers' Chair hosts a luncheon just for folks new to Seoul or to AWC. Whether you've been in Seoul 6 days or 6 months, this is the perfect way to meet new friends and gather information on everything you ever wanted to know about life in Korea.
